FAQ

  • Yes, all of our events require you to be at least 18 years old in order to attend.

    Some events may have an higher age requirement to attend, but this will always be stated across all of our promotional material and ticketing links.

  • You do not need your ID in order to attend, however you may be asked to provide proof of age at the point of entry.

    Entry will be at the discretion of our door team. To ensure the smoothest possible process, we encourage those who have valid ID to bring it with them anyway.

  • All Just Because events are ticketed events. We encourage all who are attending to purchase a ticket before arriving.

    There will be opportunities to pay for entry on the door during events, however customers with tickets will always have priority, and entry without tickets will be subject to capacity at any given moment.

    Tickets for our event are only available on Skiddle, and can be purchased via the Skiddle app or by clicking here.

  • Yes, all of our events require a Just Because branded wristband to gain access. Wristbands are provided at the door for every person who shows a valid ticket or pays the required entry fee.

    Entry will not be permitted for customers without a wristband. In the event that your wristband falls off or becomes damaged, please see our door team for a replacement.

  • Our events do not have a strict dress code, however we encourage customers to dress smart, but feel comfortable.

    Dress for the night you would like to have… this is an opportunity to wear your best!

    Entry is at the discretion of our door team.

  • Unless stated otherwise, our events begin at 8pm and finish at 2am.

    Some of our tickets have final times for entry as part of their cost, so please be aware of this when purchasing and planning your evening.

  • Once a ticket has sold out, it will not be restocked. Please buy early to avoid disappointment.

    We do take payments on the door at our events, however we encourage people to buy tickets beforehand in order to get the best prices and priority entry.
